Every part we build is custom built for an individual customer from start to finish in our Masury factory. But how custom is custom? At Roemer Industries, custom means every material choice, process and component is selected in direct relation to what the customer’s specifications dictate.
In our 55,000 sq. ft. facility we are capable of, but not limited to, bending and forming parts, welding, CNC punching, PEM studding, threading, milling and even countersink holing, if your job happens to require it. We can build almost everything, out of almost anything; from the finest most technologically advanced steels, to an array of custom aluminum alloys, to almost any plastics available.
Our fabrication shop utilizes computer integration in all phases of production from design through manufacturing and on to packaging. This allows us to design new products quickly and efficiently, make revisions rapidly and then interface with fabricating equipment directly. Our process makes our engineers highly successful in what they do best– turning your ideas into a great products.
